- 法律第十六号 朕帝国議会ノ協贊ヲ経タル軍ノ需要充足ノ為ノ会計法ノ特例ニ関スル法律ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣公爵 近衛文麿 大藏大臣 賀屋興宣 軍ノ需要充足ノ為必要アル場合ニ限リ国務大臣ハ会計法第二十一条但書ノ規定ニ拘ラズ当分ノ内勅令ノ定ムル所ニ依リ前金拂又ハ概算拂ヲ為スコトヲ得 附則 本法施行ノ期日ハ勅令ヲ以テ之ヲ定ム
