- 勅令第三百三十一号 朕国語審議会官制ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 裕仁 内閣総理大臣 岡田啓介 文部大臣 松田源治 国語審議会官制 国語審議会ハ文部大臣ノ監督ニ属シ其ノ諮詢ニ応ジテ国語ニ関スル事項ヲ調査審議ス 国語審議会ハ前項ノ事項ニ付関係各大臣ニ建議スルコトヲ得 国語審議会ハ会長一人、副会長一人及委員三十五人以内ヲ以テ之ヲ組織ス 特別ノ事項ヲ調査審議スル為必要アルトキハ臨時委員ヲ置クコトヲ得 会長、副会長、委員及臨時委員ハ文部大臣ノ奏請ニ依リ内閣ニ於テ之ヲ命ズ 会長ハ会務ヲ総理ス 副会長ハ会長ヲ輔佐シ会長事故アルトキハ其ノ職務ヲ代理ス 会長及副会長事故アルトキハ文部大臣ノ指名シタル委員其ノ職務ヲ代理ス 会長及副会長ハ会議ニ於テ意見ヲ陳述シ可否ノ数ニ加ハ
