- 朕帝國議会ノ協賛ヲ経タル屠場法ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 睦仁 内閣総理大臣侯爵西園寺公望 内務大臣原敬 法律第三十二号 屠場法 第一条 本法ニ於テ屠場ト称スルハ食用ニ供スル目的ヲ以テ獣畜ヲ屠殺スル場屋ヲ謂フ 本法ニ於テ獣畜ト称スルハ牛、羊、豚及馬ヲ謂フ 第二条 屠場ヲ設立セムトスル者ハ地方長官（東京府ニ於テハ警視総監）ノ許可ヲ受クヘシ 第三条 屠場以外ニ於テハ食用ニ供スル目的ヲ以テ獣畜ヲ屠殺解体スルコトヲ得ス但シ自家用其ノ他特別ノ事情アル場合ハ命令ノ定ムル所ニ依ル 第四条 屠場ニ於テハ屠畜検査員ノ検査ヲ経サル獣畜ヲ屠殺解体スルコトヲ得ス 屠肉、内臓其ノ他食用ニ供スル部分ハ屠畜検査員ノ検査ヲ経ル
