- 朕潜水艇隊条例制定ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 睦仁 海軍大臣男爵山本權兵衛 勅令第二百六十一号 潜水艇隊条例 第一条 鎮守府及要港部ニハ必要ニ応シ潜水艇隊ヲ置ク 潜水艇隊ハ潜水艇二隻以上ヲ以テ編制ス 第二条 潜水艇隊ニ左ノ職員ヲ置ク司令 機関長 前項ノ外必要ニ応シ潜水艇隊附トシテ将校同相当官及下士卒ヲ置クコトヲ得 第三条 司令ハ所属長官ノ命ヲ承ケ潜水艇隊ヲ指揮シ部下ヲ董督訓練シ軍紀風紀ヲ維持シ兵備ヲ監理シ及隊務ヲ掌理ス 第四条 司令ハ第二条ニ掲クル職員ヲ部下ノ潜水艇ニ分乗セシムルコトヲ得又教育訓練上必要ト認ムルトキハ部下ノ甲潜水艇ノ乗員ヲ臨時乙潜水艇ニ乗組マシムルコトヲ得 第五条 司令欠員
