- 朕陸軍戦時給与規則中改正ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 睦仁 陸軍大臣寺内正毅 勅令第十四号 陸軍戦時給与規則中左ノ通改正ス 第四条 削除 第五条中「短期下士ノ給料ハ長期下士ノ給料ニ」ヲ削ル 第六条 戦地ニ出発ノ者ハ其ノ出発ノ日ヨリ帰著ノ日又ハ給与停止ノ前日マテ准仕官以上軍属及前条士官ノ勤務ニ服スル者ニハ俸給五分ノ二、下士以下ニハ給料四分ノ二ヲ増給ス 戦地ニ在ル者ハ戦地トナリタル日ヨリ給与停止ノ前日マテ前項ニ依ル 出戦又ハ戦備ノ姿勢ヲ完成シタルモノハ其ノ完成ノ日ヨリ戦地ニ出発ノ前日、戦地トナリタル日ノ前日又ハ給与停止ノ前日マテ第一項ノ区分ニ依リ俸給ハ五分ノ一、給料ハ四分ノ一ヲ増給ス 臨戦合囲地境
