- 朕海軍給与令ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 睦仁 海軍大臣男爵山本權兵衛 勅令第六号 海軍給与令 第一章 総則 第一条 海軍軍人軍属ノ給与ハ別ニ規定アルモノヲ除クノ外本令ニ依ル軍人軍属以外ノ者ニシテ本令中特ニ定メタル者ノ給与亦同シ 第二条 本令ニ於テ軍人ト称スルハ現役軍人召集中ニ非サル帰休兵ヲ除ク、生徒、学生及召集中ノ予備役後備役軍人ヲ謂フ 第三条 軍人軍属戦地ニ臨ミ若ハ艦船沈没其ノ他ノ場合ニ於テ所在不明ト為リタルトキ又ハ擅ニ職役ヲ離レ若ハ他方ニ赴キ故ナク帰著ノ期ニ後レタルトキハ本令中特ニ定メタルモノヲ除クノ外其ノ間本令ニ依ル給与ヲ停止ス高等官官等俸給令、技術官俸給令及判任官俸給令ニ依ル給与亦同シ
