- 朕国語調査委員会官制ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 睦仁 内閣総理大臣伯爵桂太郎 文部大臣理学博士男爵菊池大麓 勅令第四十九号 国語調査委員会官制 第一条 国語調査委員会ハ文部大臣ノ監督ニ属シ国語ニ関スル事項ヲ調査ス 第二条 国語調査委員会ハ委員長一人委員十五人以内ヲ以テ之ヲ組織ス 臨時必要ノ場合ニ於テハ前項定員ノ外臨時委員ヲ置クコトヲ得 第三条 委員長、委員及臨時委員ハ文部大臣ノ奏請ニ依リ内閣ニ於テ之ヲ命ス 第四条 委員長ハ会務ヲ処理シ委員会ノ議長ト為リ調査ノ結果ヲ文部大臣ニ具申スヘシ 委員長事故アルトキハ文部大臣ノ指命シタル委員其ノ事務ヲ代理ス 第五条 国語調査委員会ニ主査委員若干人ヲ置キ委員
