- 朕海軍望樓条例制定ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 睦仁 明治三十三年五月十九日 海軍大臣山本權兵衛 勅令第二百五号 海軍望樓条例 第一条 沿岸ノ諸要所ニ海軍望樓ヲ置ク 望樓ハ其ノ所在ノ地名ヲ冠称ス 第二条 望樓ハ海上見張及通信ヲ掌リ並気象測ヲ行フ 第三条 望樓ニ望樓長ヲ置キ其ノ所在海軍区ヲ管スル鎮守府ノ望樓監督官ニ隷シ其ノ望樓ノ事務ヲ掌理セシム 第四条 要港部附近ノ望樓ニ於ケル望樓長ハ又其ノ要港部参謀ノ区処ヲ受ク 第五条 望樓ニ望樓手ヲ置キ望樓長ノ命ヲ承ケ服務セシム 第六条 望樓長事故アルトキハ上席ノ望樓手其ノ職務ヲ代理ス 附則 本令ハ明治三十三年五月二十日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
