- 朕帝国議会ノ協財ヲ経タル飲食物其ノ他ノ物品取締ニ関スル法律ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム 睦仁 明治三十三年二月二十三日 内閣総理大臣侯爵山縣有朋 内務大臣侯爵西郷従道 法律第十五号 第一条 販売ノ用ニ供スル飲食物又ハ販売ノ用ニ供シ若ハ営業上ニ使用スル飲食器、割烹具及其ノ他ノ物品ニシテ衛生上危害ヲ生スルノ虞アルモノハ法令ノ定ムル所ニ依リ行政庁ニ於テ其ノ製造、採取、販売、授与若ハ使用ヲ禁止シ又ハ其ノ営業ヲ禁止シ若ハ停止スルコトヲ得 前項ノ場合ニ於テ行政庁ハ物品ノ所有者若ハ所持者ヲシテ其ノ物品ヲ廃棄セシメ又ハ行政庁ニ於テ直接ニ之ヲ廃棄シ其ノ他必要ノ処分ヲ為スコトヲ得 但シ所有者若ハ所持者ニ於テ衛生上危害ヲ生スルノ虞ナキ方法ニ依リ之ヲ処置セムコトヲ請フトキハ之ヲ許可スルコトヲ得
