Explanation: 日本とタイの間で締結された軍事同盟条約。太平洋戦争開戦後の1941年12月21日にタイ駐箚特命全権大使・坪上貞二と総理大臣兼外務大臣・ピブンの間で調印された。同条約においては、前文で両国が「東亜新秩序」の建設のために協力することが謳われ、相互の主権尊重、第三国との武力紛争に際しての相互援助、単独での休戦・講和の禁止などが明記された。
