Explanation: 1886-1936. From Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia. Of Daur extraction. Son of Hulunbuir vice-governor Guifu. Graduate of Hulunbuir Mengqi middle school. Served as Heilongjiang Province assemblyperson and advisor for public security in Northeast China. Following the creation of Manchukuo, became governor of Xing'an North Province. Also participated in the "Manshuri kaigi." Arrested by the Soviet Union and the Mongolian People's Republic on charges of being a spy and executed in April 1936.
