Explanation: Born 1851 (Kaei 4). From Kyoto. Final title was viscount. Birth father was senior court noble (kugyo) Mushanokoji Sanetake. Later adopted by Sanetaka's elder brother Mushanokoji Kinka. 1859 (Ansei 6): Coming-of-age ceremony. 1871: Traveled to Europe with the Iwakura Mission to study in Germany. 1874: Returned to Japan. 1875: Secretary, Peers Club (Kazoku Kaikan). 1876: Director, Fiscal Affairs Bureau, Peers Club (Kazoku Kaikan). Later that year, became head of the Mushanokoji family. 1879: Chair, Legislative Assembly, Kojimachi Ward. Commissioner (Goyogakari), Ministry of Justice. 1881: Judicial officer, attached to Urawa branch office of the Kumagaya District Court. Commissioner (Goyogakari), Ministry of Industry. 1883: Commissioner (Goyogakari), Assembly of Councilors, and post at the Legislation Department. 1884: Councilor Aide, Assembly of Councilors. 1887: Passed away. Father of Mushanokoji Saneatsu.
