Explanation: Born 1843 (Tenpo 14). From Edo. 1871: Series of Ministry of Finance positions, including kantoku daiyu (senior supervisory assistant); accountant 1st class; and otsuki for audits. Participated in the Iwakura Mission as an aide to the Finance councilor. 1873: Returned to Japan and became deputy assistant for audits. 1875: Appointed 7th grade official for industrial promotion, Home Ministry. Traveled to the US as an official to the Philadelphia Centennial Exposition of 1876. 1876: Returned to Japan. 1877: Junior Secretary, Home Ministry, and Official, Paris World's Fair of 1878. 1878: Junior Secretary, Home Ministry. 1880: Passed away.
