- [Summary]外征部隊及居留民帰還輸送ニ関スル件 右閣議ニ供ス 昭和二〇年九月五日 外征部隊及居留民ノ帰還輸送ハ左記ニ依リ措置スルモノトス 左記 一、外征部隊及居留民帰還輸送ノ為現有稼動船腹ノ大部ヲ之ニ充当ス居留民ノ輸送順序ハ各地ノ治安、気候、自活其ノ他ノ諸条件ヲ勘＠シ先ツ満鮮及支那方面ヲ優先的ニ処理ス 二、現有船舶ノミヲ以テセハ輸送処理極メテ至難ナル実情ニ鑑ミ極力連合国ヨリ船舶ヲ借用スル如ク措置ス 三、第一項船舶ノ運用ハ現在諸機構ヲ極力活用スル如ク措置スルモ成ル可ク速力ニ政府ニ於テ一元的運用可能ナル如キ組識ノ設置〓ス
