- ４、大東亜に於ける英国人の取扱に干する抗議 The British Government will hold the Japanese Government and their agents responsible for all these outrages. 3° on 13th December 1941, Japanese gendarmerie invaded the residence of the former British Ambassador at Tokio and arrested Mr. H.V. Redman, a member of the Embassy staff.
