A manuscript in this series titled “Kokubo-no-hongi-to-sonokyoka-no-teisho (The Essence of National Defense and Advocating for Its Reinforcement)” contributed to triggering an argument for Japanese all out war. In Japan the text was often referred to as the “The Pamphlet for Army”.
