- ２０ 特別緊急暗号電報 昭和二〇、九、五 九、五 〇一〇〇発所受 〇六〇〇著所受 九、五 〇九四〇参電受 一一三五提出 「新京」関東軍総参謀長 次長宛 関東参一電第一一〇一号 参電第七八九号(電註了解申入事項通報ノ件)受領ス参電第七五七号(電註了解申入事項)現地協定ハ聯合側ニ於テ了解セル趣中央ノ御高配ヲ謝シ上グ 而シテ本件ハ単ナル申入事項ト推察ス 正式協定事項ナリヤ 当方今後ノ接渉上必要ニ付伺ヒ度返尚現地ニ於ケル交渉ノ支掌トシテ是非中央ニ於テ此ノ種正式ニ取極メ実施方御願ヒ致シ度 (終)
