- 6警急暗号電報 昭和二〇、九四 九四 〇二〇〇発所受 〇五二一著所受 九、四〇五五三参電受 〇七〇八提出 「新京」関東軍総参謀長 次長宛 関総参一電第一〇九一号 本三日「ワ」元帥ト会見ノ折命令ノ受領及連絡ノ為参謀上京ヲ認可セラレ度件重ネテ申入タル所「ワ」元帥ハ本件ハ極東軍総司令官ノ権限外ノコトニテ過般来莫斯科政府ヲ経テ「マツクアーサー」司令部ニ問合セ中ナルモ未ダ返答ナキヲ以テノ回答ナリ 当軍トシテモ在満二〇〇万人ノ実情是非大本営及政府ニ報告致度ニ付中央ニ於テモ中央必要上是非上京ヲ要スル旨(例ヘバ聯合国司令部ニ提出スベキ資料調製等ニ必要上)強硬ニ申入ラレ上京実現方重ネテ御願ヒス 本件至急返 (終)
