- 支那派遣軍一般の状況に就きましては 総司令官岡村寧次 より上奏致すべきでありますが 総司令官 は総司令部の引提げに際し中国国防部の指令に依り南京に残留せしめられましたので 臣浅三郎 代りまして主として終戦後に於ける支那派遣軍の状況の概要に就き謹んで上奏致します 支那派遣軍は昨夏米軍の大陸近接、次いで蘇聯の参戦を見ますや全将兵愈々烈々たる闘魂を振起し作戦任務に邁進中八月十五日関らずも終戦に関する 大詔を、同十六日には即時停戦の 大命を、次いで同十七日には 鳩彦王殿下より親しく宏大無邉なる 聖旨を拝承し一同感泣致しました次第であります 茲に於て総司令官は全軍に対し承詔必謹克く 聖旨を奉載して万苦を耐忍し愈々森厳なる軍紀の下＠石の団結を保持し崇高なる皇軍最後の真姿を顕現すべき旨の徹底に勉め次いで下されました
