第四節 察哈尓作戦及綏包作戦 附図第 第一款 八月上旬頃ニ於ケル察哈爾方面支那軍及内蒙軍ノ状況 支那軍ノ状況 七月中旬平津地方ノ状況緊迫シアル時劉汝明第二十九軍第百四十三師長官独立第四十旅長麾下ノ一部ハ南口鎮附近ヲ扼守シアリシガ中央軍ノ一部逐次ニ之ニ代リ其ノ天険ニ拠ルニ至レリ第二十九軍ノ主力ハ七月下旬我ガ駐屯軍ノ痛撃リ受ケ南方ニ潰走後ト雖モ支那軍ハ続々兵力ヲ河北省、察哈爾省ニ集中シ八月上旬察哈爾方面ニアリテハ湯恩伯ノ指揮スル中央軍約四師ヲ中核トシ山西、察哈爾、綏遠方面ノ雑軍十六師ヲ平綏沿線ニ集中シテ漸次東進ノ気勢ヲ示シ我ガ駐屯軍ノ側背ヲ脅威シ又綏遠軍長傅作義ノ騎兵三師ハ平地泉方面ヨリ商都張家約百口西北
