第二節 平津付近ノ掃蕩戦 第一款 蘆溝橋事件ノ勃発及武力行使ニ至ル経緯 其ノ一 蘆構橋事件ノ勃発附図第一参照 昭和十二年七月七日二十三時四十分蘆構橋北側龍五廟附近ニ於テ在豊台支那駐屯歩兵第一聯隊第八中隊長大尉清水節郎ハ夜間演習実施中突如該地駐屯支那軍第三十七師師長馮治安第二百十九団長吉与文第三営ニ属スル部隊ノ不法射撃ヲ受ケタリ中隊ハ直ケニ演習ヲ中止シ部隊 ヲ集結スルト共ニ豊台大隊本部長少佐本清直一ニ急報シ大隊ハ警急集合ヲ行ヒ事態ノ急変ニ備フルト共ニ夫々上司ニ報告セリ 附記 我ガ豊台駐屯部隊ハ近傍ニ耕作地多キ為之ヲ避ケ事件発生ノ場所ハ永定河原ニシテ不毛地ナルヲ以テ常ニ此ノ地ヲ演習場トシ演習ヲ実施セリ当時
