第三 事故防止 五、作戦及機動間事故防止ノ為メ準拠スベキ事項概ネ左ノ如シ １、将校（若ツラハ係下士官）自ラ実物ニ就キ検査スルト共ニ使用者ヲシテ使用前後特ニ出発時確実ニ点検セシムルモノース ２、電報班、通信所ノ位置ハ停止間タルト行軍間タルトヲ問ハズ掩護良好ナル位置ニ選定スルモノトス ３、秘密書類ノ行李ニ依リ携行スル場合ハ各隊長ハ所要ノ掩護隊ヲ附ン且ツ責任者ヲ以テ引卒セシムルレモノトス ４、秘密書類ノ携行ハ勉メテ下士官以上トシ携行区分ヲ適切ニシテ且ツ堅牢ナル図嚢ニ収納シ所定ノ標識ヲ附シ保安ノ確実ヲ講スルモノトス ５、秘密書類携行者ノ単独行動ハ厳ニ戒ンムルモノトス ６、電報班通信分隊等ノ残置ハ厳ニ避クルヲ要ス然レトモ作戦上ノ要求ニ依リ残置スル場合ハ各隊長ハ所要ノ掩護隊ヲ附シ追及時ノ警戒処置ヲ講スルモノトス
