- 第二 電報班長及庶務掛日常ノ業務 一、電報班長ノ任務 １、聯隊電報班長ハ隷下各部及配属部隊電報班ヲ区署スルコトヲ得 ２、電報班長ハ電報疎通ヲ良好ニシ戦機ニ投合スルノ責任ヲ有ス ３、電報班長ハ自己部隊内ノ暗号保安其ノ他防諜ニ関シ常ニ監視監督ノ責任ヲ有ス故ニ若シ暗号保安及防諜上ノ見地ヨリスルナラハ通テ主隊ヲシテ注意ヲ喚起シ且区署スルコトヲ得 ４、電報班長ハ電文起案ニ関シ所要ノ事項ヲ起案者ニ意見ヲ具申スヘシ若シ状況急ヲ要シ間ニ合ハサルト思考セハ之ヲ改竄スルコトヲ得此ノ場合直ニ起案ニ報告スヘシ 二、班員ノ指揮 １、若シ必要ト認ムレバ聯隊本部電報班ニ限リ庶務掛下士官ヲ置クコトヲ得 大隊本部以下ニ於テハ班長庶務掛ヲ兼ヌ ２、班員ノ分担決定
