三、自隊防諜並警備 (一)応接室並会議室ヲ特設シテ外来者ノ事務室ヘノ来室ヲ制限シ各戸棚ニハ施錠シテ書類ノ取扱ヲ慎重ナラシメ印刷室ハ別室トシ又特別紙屑箱ヲ備ヘ以テ復(謄)写紙ノ散逸ヲ防止シ之カ焼却ハ毎日日直下士官自ラ之ヲ行ヒ又雇傭人ニ至ル迄防諜教育ヲ徹底セシメ雇傭人及密偵等ノ身元調査ヲ実施シ庁宿舎附近ノ住民ノ調査視察ヲ行ヒ防諜対照目標ニ対スル偵諜ト相俟ツテ自隊防諜ノ完壁ヲ期シアリ (二) 自隊警備ニ就テハ防禦警戒設備ヲ整ヘ自隊ノ警備計画ニ基キ雇傭人ニ至ル迄執銃警備ニ当ル如ク訓練シ想定ニ依ル訓練ト相俟ツテ警備上万遺憾ナキヲ期シアリ又自己警戒ニ就テハ事変地勤務ノ特質ニ鑑ミ不覚ヲ採ラサル如ク緊張セシメアリ
