第一隊内 一、軍紀風紀 分隊ハ昨年軍紀風紀ニ関スル処罰者ヲ出シタル為分隊員一同名誉挽回ニ邁進中ニシテ団結ノ強化内務服務ノ刷新向上ニ努メタル結果今年ニ至リ屡次ニ亘ル人事異動ニ因ル陣容刷新ト相俟チテ現在軍紀風紀ハ概ネ厳正ニ保持セラレアリ之カ緊粛更張ノタメ採リツベアル手段左ノ如シ (一)精神教育ハ勅諭ニ基因シ勅諭ニ皈納スル如ク徹底旦具体的ニ行ヒ之ヲ実践セシム (二) 憲兵陣中ノ三則ノ意義ヲ認識セシメ之ヲ日々ノ公私生活上ニ具現セシム (三)時局ニ基ク吾人ノ使命ヲ自覚シ其ノ言行ヲ慎マシム (四)命令指示訓令訓示及上司ノ意図徹底実行化ニ努ム (五) 分遣隊長以下分遣隊員ニ対スル精神教育ハ分隊長直接ニ之ヲナスノ機会ヲ
