警務連絡会議席上支那駐屯憲兵隊長挨拶 昭、一三、六、六 時局益々重在氏ニシテ勤務極メテ繁激ナルニモ拘ラス特ニ各位ノ御会同チ得マシタ事ハ誠ニ感謝ニ堪ヘチイ所デアリマス、茲ニ久シク待望シタル連絡会議ヲ開催シ警務ニ関シ連繁ヲ密ナラシムル機会ヲ得マシタコトハ私ノ頗ル欣幸トスル所デアリマス 惟フニ事変勃発以来皇軍ノ作戦頗ル有利ニ進展シ今ヤ北支諸省、中支要衝ノ平定略々成リ新政権ノ下庶民安居楽業ノ曙光ヲ認メ日満支一体ノ基礎ヲ確立シ得マシタコトハ君国ノ為メ誠ニ慶賀ニ堪ヘナイ次第デアリマス、然レ共敵ハ依然トシテ長期抵抗ヲ呼号シ特ニ国共合作下ニ匪賊敗残兵ヲ糾合シ遊撃戦法ニ依ル抗日策動ヲ戦績シ軍後方地域ノ治安ヲ攪乱スルコト
