其一 新編第四軍成立ノ経緯 一九三四年秋、中国革命工農紅軍(俗ニ紅軍ト呼バレテヰル)ノ主力部隊ガ中国共産党中央部ト一緒ニ江西省ノ瑞金ヲ中心トスル赤色地盤ヲ棄テテ中央軍ニ迫撃サレナガ四川省方面ニ移動シテ後ハ中支南支ニ残ツタ共産軍ノ勢力ハ極メテ微々タルモノデアツタ 然シ中南支部各地ノ山獄地帯ニハナホ小部隊ガ散在シテ居テ屡ヘ国民党政権ノ政治経済建設工作ノ邪魔ヲシテ居タノデアル 然ルニ支那専変勃発後北支ニ第八路軍ガ来テ抗日ノ第一線ニ立ツニ至ツタノチ是等中南各地ノ共産軍部隊ノ間ニモ国共合作ニヨル抗日戦強行ノ宣傅ガ普及シテキテ国民党支配下ノ地方軍隊トノ間ニ友好的聯繋ヲ結ブ傾向ガ漸次濃厚ニナツテキテヰタガ国民党政権ガ上海
