春季演習記 明治四十一年六月五日 海軍中佐村松来四松 五月十八日晴 午前八時三十分総員ヲ集合シ春季演習実施ニ関シ訓示ヲ与フ 訓示 本回演習ハ諸種ノ敷設水雷ニ対シ知得セシメニタメ興敷設準備ニ於ケル作業ハ十分習熱セルアルヲ認ムルヨリ従来ト大ニ其趣ヲ異ニシタリ即チ演習ニ使用スル水雷ノ敷設準備ハ正ニ精細ナル注意ヲ払ヒ各分擣実施セシメタヲ以テ各種水雷共敷設後ノ状態ハ満員ヲ与フルナラシト思考ス又敷設準備ニ若千ノ同子ラ費シタルタ次ヲ各水雷ノ機能ニ就テモ己ニ会得セシモノアラシ如斯己ニ得タル所ニヨリ敷設タ行ヒ敷設后其状態ヲ検擦シ或ハ探海電灯ト共ニ視発弧器ノ使用、研究等フ以テ大旨トシ唯今ヨリ開始セニトス故ニ各自ハ尚ホ
