公第一五号 大正四年二月二日 在西貢 外務書記生成島朝一 外務次官松井慶四郎殿 土屋司令官来港ニ関スル件 去月中旬香港今井総領事ヨリ来ル二十七日第三艦隊司令官土屋少将ニハ軍艦対馬新髙両艦ヲ卒ヒ来港セラルヽ旨電報有之候間取敢エズ交趾支那総督ニ通知致置候処同総督ヨリハ土屋司令官ノ来訪ヲ感謝シ両艦碇泊中ハ出来得ル丈ノ便宜ヲ供スル旨申出有之候 同総督ハ土屋司令官ノ来港ニ先テ回章ヲ市民ニ発シ日本軍艦ノ来訪ヲ周知シ同盟国軍艦ニ対シ顴迎ノ意ヲ表スル為メ市中一帯ニ同盟国々旗ヲ軒頭ニ掲クルコト命シ又諸官庁ハ三色旗ヲ以テ装飾セシメ土屋司令官一行ノ来港ヲ待チ受ケラレ候 一月二十七日午後一時土屋司令官ノ坐乗セル軍艦対馬ハ入港
