第二舵行運動及艦隊航行陣形 髙速力航行ト共ニ舵行運動ヲ以テ頻繁ニ針路ヲ変換スルハ潜水艇ノ攻撃ヲ困難ナラシムルニ甚効アリ之レ潜水艇ヲシテ適良ナル発射位置ヲ得セシメサルノミナラス偶々我ガ前路ニアル敵潜水艇ヲシテ我針路ヲ測定シ得セシメズ従テ攻撃ヲ無効ナラシムルヲ得ベシ 針路ノ変換ハ余リ頻繁ニ先スルトキハ敵ハ我概略針路ヲ測定シ何分毎ニ変針スルヤヲ計測スルノ不利アリ之ニ反シ其変換余リニ少ナク敵視界内ヲ通過スルニ殆ンド同一航路ヲ以テ航スル如キモ亦タ不利ナリ 「ジクザグ」航法ハ時間ヨリモ寧口航走巨離ヲ基礎トナスヲ要ス而シテ針路ノ変換ハ敵潜水艇ヨリ吾ヲ視認シ得ル巨離内ヲ航走スル期間ニ二回以上ナラサルヲ要ス為シ得レバ一回ヲ
