大正五年二月十四日 大正五年二月十七日 軍務局長 横鎮南防参謀長宛 「ヤツプ」島ニ軍用電信取扱所設置ニ関スル件 独蘭海底電信会社所有「ヤツプ」上海線ヲ沖縄島西方沖合ニ於テ切断シ一端ヲ沖縄島ニ引揚ケ那覇郵便局ニ於テ内地台湾線ト接続シ又「ヤツプ」島ニハ軍用電信取扱所ヲ設置シ遠カラス 官房機密六一号 内地「ヤツプ」間有線電信ノ通信ヲ開始セラルルコトニ内定相成居之カ海底電線工事ハ逓信省ニ依託シ同省海底電線布設船沖縄丸ハ右工事施行ノ為不日長﨑発「ヤツプ」ヘ回航ノ予定ニ有之候ニ付テハ同船無線電信局ト台湾富貴角又大瀬﨑無線電信局等ト通信不能場合マハ海軍無線電信所（軍艦ヲモ含ム）ヘ局報又ハ官報ノ中継依頼方ニ関シ別紙ノ通逓信省通信局長
