外第二二五二号回答大正七年十一月二十八日 逓信省通信局長中田健蔵 海軍省軍務局長井出謙治殿 軍艦日進ト閉嚢交換方ノ件 十一月十九日附軍第四三〇号 右御照会之趣了承軍艦日進トノ閉嚢交換方ニ関シテハ御来照ノ通相当取計置候条御了知アリタシ 軍第四三〇号ノ二 大正七年十一月十九日起案 軍務局長 逓信省通信局長宛 閉嚢交換ニ関スル件 目下軍艦日進ト門司郵便局トノ間ニ交換致居候閉嚢郵便ヲ取止メ自今同艦ノ郵便物ヲ地中海「マルタ」宛トシ神戸郵便局間ニ閉嚢交換開始方至急御取計ヲ得度 右照会ス 追テ本件ハ極秘ニ保ツヲ要シ候ニ付行先地セムヲ得サルモノ外郵便局等ヘモ発表相成ラサル様致度 軍第四三〇号 以下逓信省ノ回答ヲ係テ発命ノコト
