大正九年八月六日 覚書 南洋群島ヘ派遣スヘキ旧教宣教師ノ布教補助ニ関スル件 南洋群島ニ於ケル布教ニ関シテハ客年六月閣議ニ於テ其ノ方針決定セラレタルヲ以テ旧教宣教師ノ補充ニ関シテハ曩ニ海軍大佐山本信次郎 ヲ羅馬法王庁ニ派遣シ交渉ノ結果同庁ニテ速ニ其ノ補充方取計フヘキ旨ノ協定ヲ得タリ然レトモ十閲月ノ現時ニ於テモ尚之カ実施ノ運ヒニ至ヲサル状況ニシテ其ノ補充ノ遅延ハ同島民統治上ノ見地ヨリスルモ将又講和条約ノ要求ニ基ク旧教所属管理財産ノ引渡上ヨリ推スモ従来甚シク其ノ不便ヲ感スル所ナルニ依リ別紙法王庁ヨリノ来電ニ対シ前記事由ノ必要上今回ニ限リ特ニ其ノ布教補助トシテ一万円ヲ限度トシ臨時軍事費ヲ以テ支弁スルコト
