水第四〇号 物品亡失ノ件ニ付具申 明治三十五年十二月中大島波浮港測量用トシテ栗原海軍技手ニ於テ携帯セシ測器類ノ内投鉛一個亡失ノ旨当部通常物品会計官吏清水宇助ヨリ別紙ノ通リ報告有之候ニ付審査ヲ遂ケ候処同年同月十九日波浮港々口錘測ノ際暗礁ニ触レ錘測索切断セシヲ以テ百方捜索シタルモ終ニ見当ラズ亡失セリト云フニアリ右亡失ノ理由ハ防制スベカラザル事実ニ基因シ当該官吏ノ故意怠惰ニ由ラザルモノト認定候条此段具申候也 明治三十六年一月十三日 水路部長肝付兼行 海軍大臣男爵山本権兵衛殿 物品亡失報告（表）品名 番号 数量 金員 投鉛 第一六七号 一個 二五五〇 右ハ別紙栗原海軍技手ヨリ報告ノ通リ亡失候ニ付此段及報告候也
