発付スノ十一月十九日 明治三十六年十一月十四日起案 指令案 呉鎮第一一九四号ノ六甲鉄焼戻機械ヲ 海総第三八四二号 取止メ小形旋盤拾台製造ノ件認許ス 明治三十六年十一月十九日 呉鎮第一一九四号ノ六 上申 海総第一二六九号ヲ以テ増備方訓令ニ係ル造船用機械ハ総テ在英造船監督官ニ依嘱センメ既ニ条ノ地ニ於テ購入済ニ有之候処孰レモ其価目途予算額ヲ超過シ訓令品目中ノ甲鉄焼戻機械ノ購入ヲ見合スニアラサシバ他ノ機械ヲ購入スル事難出来ニ付先以テ他ノ機械ヲ購賈致候処右甲鉄焼戻機械ハ其価高額ニシテ令示予算ノ殆ンド倍額ヲ要シ且ツ造兵廠ニモ一台備付有之候ニ付其購入ヲ取止メ度然スレバ総予算ニ於テ金二千余円ノ剰余ヲ生スベキ見込ニ付之ヲ此テ造船工場機械場用小形旋艦機械拾台製造為致度候条併テ御認許相成度此段上申候也
