発付済九月十六日 三十六年九月十四日起案 指令案 出雲普第五五四号内筒砲年額 海総第四〇〇六号ノ二 弾薬数増加ノ件ハ各母砲一門ニ付四百発宛認許ス 明治三十六年九月十六日 海総第四〇〇六号ノ三 訓令案 出雲艦長上申ニ対シ別紙之通認許候条此旨心得ベシ 明治三十六年九月十六日 大臣 佐鎮司令長官宛 出雲普第五五四号 内筒砲弾年額弾数増額相成度上申 従来射撃術訓練ノ為メ航海中ト碇泊中トラ諭セズ時機ノ許ス限リ内筒砲射撃ヲ励行致シ来リ候処年額弾数毎一門八百発ニテハ別表ノ通リ残額甚僅少ニシテ今後一、二ケ月ラ支フルニ是ラザル有様ニ有之此儘ニテ射撃ヲ中止スルトキハ目下ノ進達ヲ挫折スルノ恐有之大ニ遺憾ニヒ存候射撃術未ダ熟練ノ減ニ達
