発付済八月七日 三十五年七月三十一日起案 按 海総第二九四一号ノ二 大島第三五二号上申軍艦大島清国派遣中外国出張旅費金百円増額之件特ニ認許ス 明治三十五年八月七日 海総第二九四一号ノ三 訓令按 軍艦大島清国派遣中艦長以下軍事視察其他ニ要スル出張旅費金百円増額ノ件常備艦隊司令長官上申ニ付特ニ認許候条此旨心得ヘシ 明治三十五年八月七日 大臣 佐世保鎮守府司令長官宛 大島第三五二号 七月二十六日進達 艦長以下出張旅費増額相成度儀ニ付上申 本艦北清ヘ派遣中本職以下乗員出張之義本年四月二十三日大島第一五七号ヲ以テ上申ノ末同年五月一日附金百円以内ニテ御認可相成候処既ニ九拾敘円消費致シ今后尚軍事視察各諸官衙ヘ出張
