送第五〇号 仏国小汽船大江号重慶ヘ入港ノ件ニ関シ別紙実之通リ在同地徳丸副領事ヨリ報告間之候間為御参考右茲ニ及御通知候也 明治三十五年三月四日 外務大臣男爵小村寿太郎 海軍大臣男爵山本権兵衛殿 仏国小汽船大江号入港ノ件 曩ニ仏国砲艦「オーリー」号ノ入港ニ際シ同国海軍用小汽船ノ引続テ入港スヘキ旨ヲ報告シ置キタルカ右ハ大江号ト称スル噸数僅カニ七噸ノ小汽船ニシテ峡中ノ航行ニ名ヲ得仏国海軍ニ聘セラレタル「プラント」氏ノ水先案内ニヨリ去十二月初旬宜昌ヲ発シ当港ニ向ヒタリ然ルニ宜昌上流ノ峡中ニ横ハレル数十箇所ノ険悪ナル急流通返ニハ到底汽カノミヲ以テ通返スルヲ得ベカサルヲ以テ民船ト同シク曵夫数百名ヲ雇ヒテ悉リ曵綱ヲ以テ船体ヲ引上ケタルモ尚ホ且ツ機関ニ少破損ヲ生シタ
