発付済八月七日 三十五年七月二十八日起案 指令案 呉鎮第一九八〇号ノ二造船廠石炭試験所位置変更ノ件認許ス 明治三十五年八月七日 海総第二九一〇号ノ二 呉鎮第一九八〇号ノ二 呉造船廠石炭試験所位置変更ノ義ニ付上申 本年度営繕費支弁当府造船廠石炭試験所新営ノ義ハ別紙甲図ノ位置ニ決定相成度候処今般愈実施ノ場合ニ該試験所ノ事業ハ頗ル宣噪ナルニヨリ之ヲ船渠迫傍既定位置ニ建設スル以ハ船渠事業ニ対シ大ニ妨害ト相成ルヘニ見ツ船渠迫傍ニハ可成丈ケ空地ヲ存シ置リヘキ必要モ有之今之ヲ製缶工場迫傍ナル別紙乙 海総第二九一〇号 図ム位置ヘ変更スルニ於テハ石炭揚卸場ニモ迫接スルコトト相成事業監督上ニ於テモ又便益尠ナカラス候ニ付此際該
