発付済五月十日 三十五年五月十日起案 電信御指令案 横鎮第一八〇八号石炭運搬随意契約ノ件認許ス 明治三十五年五月十日 横鎮第一八〇八号 運搬清眉随意契約締結ノ義上申 横須賀海軍需品庫ニ於テ購買方年度契約締結シアル夕張撰別塊炭室蘭港授受数量ノ内参拾万吉瓦ヲ軍艦武蔵坐礁事件ニ関シ救助艦船等ニ供給之為メ根室需品支庫ヘ至急送炭ヲ要シ候処該炭供給者発道炭鉱鉄道株式会社ハ船船ク所有シ迅速運搬請負ニ応スルノ資アルノミナラズ運搬上或ハ該炭ノ弁価ヲ命スル加キ場合ニ在テ頗ル便宜ト認メ候条随意ヲ以テ該社ト 海総第一八八四号 運搬清眉契約締結セシメ度候条電報御認許相成度此段上申候也 明治三十五年五月九日 横須賀鎮守府司令長官男爵井上良馨
