発付済四月五日 三十五年四月二日起案 訓令案 一 海軍海量第百二十八号日本総部外二十二廉ノ海量 海総第一二四八号ノ三 別紙甲号目録ノ通 一 海軍海量第百四十一号＠州及＠東諸島外二百六廉ノ海量 別紙乙号目録ノ通 右ハ待従武官ニ於テ職務上必要ノ趣ニ付甲号目録ノ分ハ此際乙号目録ノ分ハ漸次双方共薄紙ニ調製ノ上直接同官ヘ送附方取計フヘシ 明治三十五年四月五日 海軍大臣 水路部長 追テ甲乙目録書用済ノ上ハ直接軍務局ヘ返付スヘシ 武海一五号 別紙目録ノ海図（薄紙刷）ハ待従武官御差遣ノ際携帯用トシテ必要有之候ニ付当所ヘ備付置度候間御配付相成様致度此段申進候也 明治三十五年四月一日 侍従武官長男爵岡沢精 海軍大臣男爵山本権兵衛殿
