発付済五月二十八日 三十五年月日起案 指令案 技会議甲第一〇号ノ一一三二下瀬火薬水雷 海総第二一八七号 試験ノ件認許ス 但シ試験準備ハ横須賀水雷団ニ於テ整頓セシム又試験用品ニ関シテハ左ノ通心得ヘシ発火用水雷缶（装薬共）ハ横須賀兵器廠ヨリ受取ヘシ 隣辺水雷用球形水雷缶ハ同廠ヨリ借受クヘシ其他ノ兵器及需耗品ハ横須賀水雷団水雷敷設隊借用品ヲ使用スヘシ 隣辺水雷缶及附属要具ノ強メ方ハ横須賀兵器廠ニ於テ施セシム 明治三十五年五月二十八日 海総第二一八七号ノ二 訓令案 別紙技術会議ニ長上申認許候条左ノ通取計フヘシ 明治三十五年五月二十八日 大臣 横鎮司令長官アテ 一試験準備ハ横須賀水雷団ニ於テ整部長セシムヘシ 一発火用水雷缶（装薬共）ハ横須賀兵器廠ヨリ変附セシムヘシ
