（表）発送番号 敷島機密第一号 於安芸国呉港 敷島艦長海軍大佐守垣猪三 軍艦敷島現状報告明治三十七年一月一日調 要旨 着手竣工或ハ収受予定年月日 船体及艤装 艦外底鈑ニ数ケ所ノ凹所アリ又「フレーム」「ブラツケットプレート」等曲損セル所アリ 兵器 砲銃及其附属品 十二尹砲塔照星支持杆修理照準塔敷居切方十五拇砲楯切方其他小修理着手中弾丸増額ナリタルモ入渠中ニ付未タ受取ラス目下十二尹砲弾薬入渠ノ為メ陸揚シアリ其他完備 十二月三十日着手竣工ハ三十七年一月五日ノ予定 水雷及其附属品 完備 機関 汽機 完備但各主軸承裏金白金属固着セス 汽缶 完備但蒸発管及収熱管ニ腐蝕ノ箇所多シ浸蝕ノ最モ深キ所約一「ミリ」半
