号外 大正八年三月十日於ジブロルター特別潜水艇隊 第二特務艦隊司令部御中 兵員転乗ニ関スル件 〇三号艇乗組二曹吉田三好疾病ニテ日進病室ヘ入室ニ付二十二隊司令ト打合ノ結果樫乗組二曹山田比良喜ヲ以分隊ヘ転乗セシメ候条三月八日附ヲ以テ令達御発令相成度 右照会ス 一等機関兵山根繁司 柏ニ復帰ノモノ 一等機関長清永義 柏ヨリ入際 大正八年三月八日 司令官 特別潜水艇隊司令宛 兵員臨時乗組ノ件 左記ノ者日進ヘ臨時乗組ヲ命スヘシ 右令達ス 司令部附二等兵曹吉田三好 （終）大正八年三月八日 司令官 第二十二駆逐隊司令宛 特別潜水艇隊乗員任命ノ件 左記ノ者モルタ皈著後関東ニ引渡迄臨時特別潜水艇隊乗員ヲ命スヘシ 右令達ス
