普号綴 第二艦隊 第二艦隊第二一二号 麾下各指揮官ニ訓令 大正三年八月二十三日於佐世保旗艦用防 天皇陛下ニハ目下ノ時局ニ際シ第二艦隊ノ現状ニ深リ大御心ヲ懸ケサセラレ特ニ松村侍従武官ヲ差遣シ艦隊ノ状況ヲ視察シ来ルヘキヲ命セラレ給ヘリ同武官ハ八月二十三日艦隊旗艦ニ到リ傅フルヽ此ノ聖上目ヲ以テス本職此ノ勅諚ヲ拝シ感激措ク能ハス謹ンテ奉答スルニ艦隊ノ行動及現状麾下一同ノ元気旺盛ニシテ衛生状態ハ良好ニ一意尽忠報国ノ誠ヲ尽シ亦他念無キノ状ヲ以テシ執奏ヲ乞ヒ置ケリ各指揮官此ノ旨ヲ領シ部下一同ニ傅達スヘシ 第二艦隊司令長官加藤定吉 大正三年八月二十三日牛後六時三十分発 海軍次官 第二艦隊司令長官宛 電文訳 一、
