第二艦隊機密第三八号 土師淀艦長ニ訓令 大正三年十月一日 於第七点旗艦周防 其艦ハ準備整ヒ次第出港呉ニ回航スヘシ 第二艦隊司令長官加藤定吉 第二艦隊機密第四〇号 石川嵯峨艦長ニ訓令 大正三年十月五日 於第七点旗艦周防 一、貴官ハ霊山水道哨戒中機ヲ見テ満潮時ヲ利用シ「アルコナインレツト」ニ近ツキ将校引率ノ下ニ下士卒若干ヲ陸上ニ派遣シ潜カニ打魚湾沿岸ノ高地ニ至リ斉伯山ノ東側ニアル運貨船及湾口附近ニアル敷設艇ラシキ艦艇ノ種類動静等ヲ出来得ル丈ケ精細ニ偵察セシムヘシ 二、本偵察中成シ得レハ前記諸艦艇ヲ砲撃スル為メ三吋砲ヲ運搬スヘキ道路状況及適当ナル据付位置ノ有無並運河ノ幅員水深等ニ関スル地形偵察ヲモナサシムヘシ
