海軍軍令部長宛 三月二十四日午後四時三十分発電 同 同六時三十五分着電 海州邑錨地東郷連合艦隊司令長官 閉塞隊編制左ノ如シ 大機関士大石親徳ハ其乗船弥彦砲ニ於テ爆発装置検査中船艙ニ落チ頭部ニ負傷シ今回ノ任務ニ参与シ難キヲ以テ大機関士小川奨＠ヲシテ之ニ代ラシメタリ其他ニ外ニ郵送セル人＠表ト異ルモノナシ火石親徳ノ負傷ハ右後頭部ニ約五仙米ノ＠創二アリ深リ骨ニ逹セス通ニ縫合セリ経過良ク四五日ニテ全治ノ見込二三日病院船神戸丸ニ移セリ 第一閉塞隊千代丸乗組 指揮官 中佐有馬良橋 指揮官附 中尉鳥﨑保三 機関長 大機関士山賀代三 二等兵曹 林紋平 一等水兵 下田与之助 同 三上寛二郎 一等機関兵曹 佐藤末吉
