- 高砂機密第六八号 戦闘詳報第四号 軍艦高砂 四月十三日 天候曇、濛気アリ、風向北東乃至北西、風力二乃至三、海状和、晴雨計三〇、〇五、寒暖計華民四十三度 午前六時二十分老鉄山ヲ北西三／四北約二十六浬ニ見ルノ位置ニ於テ針路適宜旗艦ノ通跡ヲ進ミ漸次旅順港外ニ向ス原速十六浬、戦闘ノ諸準備既ニ全クシ、六時四十五分北東＠北ニ三個ノ煤畑ヲ認ム六時五十八分旅順港沖ニ我駆逐艦四隻（第二駆逐隊）ヲ認ム、七時艦首ニ敵艦一隻ヲ認ム少時ニシテ其「バーヤン」ナルヲ知ル、七時十二分原速十四浬、七時十四分第二駆逐隊我右方ニ来リ敵ノ駆逐艦一隻撃沈セシ旨ヲ信号シ回頭同航ス 七時十九分敵艦「バヤーン」我艦首ニ在我隊ニ向テ進航シ発砲
