- 千九百五年一月二日調印旅順口開城規約付録 第一條 本規約ヲ実行スル為メ日露両軍ニ於テ指定スヘキ委員左ノ如シ 本規約第六條ニ関スル委員 堡塁砲台及陸上ニ在ル兵器弾薬等ニ関スル委員 艦船艇ニ関スル委員 給養緒物件ニ関スル委員 危険物除去ニ関スル委員 本規約第八條ニ関スル委員 本規約第九條ニ関スル委員 本規約第十條ニ関スル委員 第二條 前條ノ諸委員ハ一月三日正午白玉山ノ北麓旅順街道上市街ノ入口ニ集合シ其担任事項ノ遂行ニ着手スルモノトス 第三條 旅順口要塞内ニ在ル陸海軍軍人ハ其編制表受領ノ上日本軍ノ指定スル順序ニ依リ集団シテ退去シ一月五日午前正九時其最先頭ヲ以テ鴨湖嘴東端ニ到着シ本規約第八條ニ関スル委員ノ指示ヲ受クベシ将校及官吏ハ帯剣ヲ許サルベク
