- 一、本日午前十時ヨリ海軍陸戦重砲隊ハ十五珊海軍砲二門、十二珊海軍砲六門ヲ以テ 旅順港内ニ在ル敵ノ＠艦ヲ射撃シ＠ノ十二＠砲二門ハ白玉山西麓ニ在ル水＠ 火薬庫ヲ砲撃シツツアリ 二、軍政委員斉藤少佐報告ノ要旨左ノ如シ、二十六日午後五時頃中形ノ「ジヤンク」一＠鳩港東南岸ニ来リ荷物ヲ陸揚セリ、 ＠人ノ言ニ由レハ去二十日敵ハ約十個ノ地雷ヲ後三羊頭西方海岸ニ埋没シタリト 攻城砲兵 三、今朝参謀次長ヨリ左ノ通報アリ、 在天津仙波少将ノ報告ニ依レバ旅順口ノ露人ハ糧食、石炭欠乏ノ為メ大ニ シ ツツアルガ如ク同国人ニシテ大金ヲ＠シ新城（天津＠）威海衛、膠州港等ヨリ 支那船ヲ以テ之ガ輸送＠ヲ＠＠シツツアリト、 四、藤井兵站参謀長ヨリ＠ニ第一師団ニ
